Paid £43 for acrylic French tips on Saturday and by Wednesday a few had already fallen off. The girl doing my nails took forever and cut me multiple times because she wasn’t being gentle at all. When I got home I also noticed some nails were noticeably longer than others.

I went back because I wasn’t happy with them and explained that they all felt loose, but they only fixed the ones that had already come off. While I was there, the staff were joking with each other saying I’m “the type to complain afterwards and not at the time,” which was really unprofessional and uncomfortable. They also joked about charging me another £10 to fix their own mistake.

Really disappointed with both the quality of the nails and the customer service, won’t be returning here.

On Sunday 29 March 2026, I paid £33 at Zenn nails for a set of BIAB nails that are visibly uneven, bumpy, and poorly finished across multiple fingers. The application is thick in places, inconsistent in shape, and nowhere near a professional standard.

What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the salon immediately with clear photos and followed up, and have been completely ignored.

Charging clients for substandard work and then ignoring them when they raise an issue is unacceptable. This experience shows a clear lack of care, skill, and accountability.

I would not recommend!

Had my hand nails done by Jade, very professional and quick. Work was really neat and I was asked if I was happy with the colour, shape etc through the whole process. Feet were done by Dee, again very professional and excellent at her job. Both staff members were lovely to talk too.

Walked past here with my friend and decided we wanted our nails done both full sets the two girls who did them were amazing and the guy around them were so entertaining making jokes with us and holding conversations well.

Amazing place with such a sociable and welcoming atmosphere. The nail technician did a fantastic job and followed all my specifications perfectly. As a first-timer, I felt really comfortable and truly enjoyed my experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This nail salon used to be really good,but the quality lately is lacking, lumpy overlay and poor quality polish that seems to chip easy. The inexperienced young girls they have now doing the nails is a joke, I don't mind paying junior prices for junior work but not full price for unqualified staff. Everyone has to learn but don't charge full price ! Too many people behind the desks you have to keep moving around from person to the next is a bit ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience with my manicure today. The nail polish was applied very poorly — most of my nails are only half painted, and the edges were not cleaned properly. The polish is uneven, with some areas looking thick and bumpy.

The nail shapes are also inconsistent, and some of them were filed unevenly. Overall, the result looks rushed and not professional at all.

In addition, the staff’s attitude made the experience worse. They seemed uninterested and unmotivated, as if they were doing the job unwillingly. When I mentioned that I was not happy with the result, I was ignored and sent away without any effort to fix the issues.

I did not receive the quality I expected for the price I paid. I hope the salon improves both its service quality and customer experience.

My nail polish started peeling off the next day. OMG
