Wonderful afternoon spent at Vanity Nail Bar today. Went to get a mani/pedi ready for my birthday. Had a full set of acrylics and a basic pedicure with gel nails. Over the moon with them! They didn’t have the exact bronze Chrome I wanted but they showed me everything they had and we worked something out in the end and I’m more than happy with the result. The staff are lovely and friendly and their attention to detail is amazing. The ladies that did mine today, were amazing. I’ve never had someone check my nails for shape etc so many times! - something I really appreciate from having my own share of wonky, roughly painted nails over the years!! The salon itself is bright, and open and well decorated. They ask you several times if you’d like a drink and they have menus dotted around for you to choose from. They have a water dispenser and a bowl full of sweeties for while you are in the waiting area too.
So happy I have found this place - a real gem!
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back when this set has had its day 💕

Great nail bar. Have visited many times and staff very friendly and professional. Have introduced friends and they go there all the time now too. Also nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Would 100% recommend!

I’ve been coming to this nail bar with my daughter since it first opened, and up until recently we’ve always been really happy with the service and results. The quality of the nails has consistently been good, which is why we continued to return despite some growing concerns.

Unfortunately, over time the shop has become increasingly chaotic and messy. Appointments are frequently changed or rescheduled, and there seems to be a high turnover of staff, which has affected the overall experience and consistency.

At my most recent visit, things really went downhill. My appointment took over two hours, and during that time I felt like another customer was prioritised over me, leaving me waiting for long periods. To make matters worse, I was actually cut during the appointment and blamed for this, which is completely unacceptable. Within a week, two of my nails had already broken, which has never happened before.

It’s disappointing because we have been loyal customers from the beginning, and it feels like that loyalty hasn’t been valued. Regular customers should be looked after, and sadly that hasn’t been the case.

We won’t be returning.

Really polite and friendly staff and did an incredible job with my nails, honestly so neat, tidy and just beautiful. Looking forward to my next pamper and the coffee was lovely too 💅x x x

They hurt my hands and dont care who you book with. I got passed off to a trainee who hurt me and messed up my nails so they had to be redone and I was there for hours.
I've asked for black nails here and been talked into a black French tip and then charged extra for the French tip!
They also charge extra if you want to pay on card. Ridiculous.

vanity I've found this to be one of the best nails shops around, very clean and tidy staff are polite, tried other nail shops but always end up taking the nails off after a couple of days, would recommend this shop to others
