the service here is disgusting - they use dirty tools that are kept with spare change , they will charge you £28 one day and £40 another - they will sit and laugh and talk bad. the nails are also terrible with constant air bubbles and they will not fix it.

Awful service, I rung to book for a lash lift this morning and told they don't take bookings, it was walk-in's only so I made my way there after work and asked what service I was after upon arrival. I was then left for an hour sat waiting, twice the lady checked I was waiting for a lash lift and at no point was any update provided. Once finished with another two clients, she came over and informed me that there wasn't enough time for a lash lift as it would take an hour to do the treatment (currently 7:15pm, advertised they're open until 9pm) the staff member came across rude and wasn't the least bit interested and just said 'oh can you come back tomorrow?' Would leave 0 stars if that was an option, what a waste of my time, evening and fuel, don't recommend and won't be returning!!!!

Had my wife’s nails done by Anh . Was absolutely an amazing experience for her seeing as it was her first time coming to this shop. Now every time we do nails we come here . Absolutely recommend. Xxx

Terrible experience here. Still left with hard skin, cuticle not done very well and the painting was dreadful. I don’t understand why they are always busy, also unhygienic, the file he used on me was used on the person next to me without being cleaned. Won’t be going back

Awful experience of having my hair washed, dries and straightened. The lady was extremely rough, did not use any hear protection and the hair straightener was extremely old, was pulling my hair and burnt the ends. DO NOT RECOMMEND

i normally go to this salon ALL of the time to get me eyebrows waxed or threaded every 3 weeks, this week i went and this lady was extremely rough, she in fact ripped out one of the back of my earrings with the thread because she was rushing it so much, not only did she not apologise but the not long after when she was finished with the service she left all the hair on my face without even wiping it off, i am not going here again and i am absolutely unsatisfied, as i left there with not only a terrible service but also without an apology.

Had my nails done here today , I had 2 designs I wanted was told both they can’t do , so I chose another design, I man that did my nails was rude …. I suffer from anxiety so find it hard to relax in the which I told him but he continued to to me to relax bemt my fingers to suit how he was sitting then got annoyed when I couldn’t relax my hands and made this vocal by huffing and getting angry with me , he was rude … and very uncomfortable do not go here , especially if you struggle to relax it was an awful experience that tbh nearly brought me to tears and the end nails were terrible

Been coming here for 8 months. Usually no problems, I come here as they are fast and do full sets in around 20 mins. However today when I visited, there was a big kick off because I only had card, they were demanding cash and claiming they don’t take card (even though I’ve paid card for the last 8 months) obviously trying to dodge the tax man, when I said I only had my credit card, he persisted to say they don’t take card, I said I had been coming here for 8 months and you have always taken card then from nowhere he gets the card machine out and then charged me more for my nails than ever before. Usually I’ve been charged £25 over the last 8 months for an infill but this time I was charged £29?? Disgusting behaviour won’t be using again and a future tip if you only want to accept cash then write on your window cash only.

Had a wonderful time with Hannah doing my nails today. I had gone into a different nail salon this morning that had messed up my nails and cut my finger. But as soon as I walked in the the staff were excellent. I showed Hannah what I wanted and she helped me go through all the colours to make sure I was happy. She kept asking if I was ok and was so gentle around the area that had been cut. Honestly couldn't praise her enough. Will definitely be back again! Thank you
