Not what i expected. Had nails done on Thursday already broke and ruined. Had service for the first time and Not Happy At all😔☹️

Hiya, thank you for your review, sorry you haven't contacted us personally to discuss this, the damage in the photos appears to be how you have used your nails, this may be an after care issue, all nails unfortunately aren't invincible, however if you had of contacted us directly we could of fixed any problems be them due to yourself or us.
As this was your 1st set of nails I feel its possible a misunderstanding of aftercare.
A few rules to go by with nail services are :
Regular use of cuticle oil
Use gloves while cleaning
Limit water contact
Avoid picking and biting
Do not use nails as tools gentle handling, as this can cause nails to break
