BAD customer service and TERRIBLE booking management. I was arriving late. So I rang them to let them know. Vivienne said that was fine but she let me know that someone else had an appointment after me so they would be waiting. I felt bad, so I rearranged my appointment via the booking service, I also rang to confirm the new time and Vivienne said this was fine. When I arrived. A women came into the nail shop and said she had an appointment after me. But, the nail shop couldn’t find her appointment on their booking system. It turned out that the women had booked her appointment via a booking service the nail shop no longer uses/looks at. Even though I rearranged my appointment for an earlier time then the women they allowed her to go first. Vivienne told me to wait, I said I can’t I have a baby in the car (she was with my husband in the car) and I had somewhere to be. Vivienne in front of her customers tried to blame me and say that I should have come at my original time. But - I rebooked via the system (that they use) and I CALLED to confirm. I waited a additional 1 hour. I was very disappointed.

I felt really hurt as I’m a regular customer. I felt like I was mistreated , not valued and disregarded. I also felt like I was marginalised.

Also… the nail lady has insisted in my previous visit that I pay by cash but every-time I go there no else pays by cash.

After being recommend this nail shop by a few friends, I had booked an appointment for a pedicure and gel polish at 4:30pm.

When I arrived at the shop at 4:30pm, I was informed that I would be seen to shortly. However, after waiting almost 45 minutes, I was still not seen to even after I explained to the staff I needed to be somewhere at 5:30 and had in fact booked an appointment.

I feel that my appointment was not honoured or acknowledged and the staff did not care.

I had such a great experience at The Nail Stop! I came in with a design idea and they brought it to life even better than I imagined. The attention to detail, professionalism and care throughout the appointment was amazing. My nails came out absolutely beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments already.

Thank you for making sure I’m fully holiday ready! You never disappoint and I’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality nails and great service.

First time at this salon but I had a lovely experience nails and pedicure done by tran. Good attention to detail. Very funny and happy staff in the shop Would definitely come again.
