I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and every single visit is an amazing experience from start to finish. The team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely experts at what they do. No matter what look or result I’m trying to achieve, they always listen carefully and somehow manage to exceed my expectations every time.

I always leave feeling so happy with my hair because they truly understand what works best and give honest, professional advice throughout the process. Their knowledge and attention to detail really sets them apart from other salons.

On top of the incredible service, the atmosphere is always so welcoming, friendly, and luxurious. I genuinely look forward to my appointments because there’s always such a lovely vibe and plenty of laughs along the way. It’s the perfect balance of high-end professionalism and making clients feel completely comfortable and valued.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this salon enough — an amazing team, beautiful results, and an all-round fantastic experience every time!

I’ve been going to Appearances for over 4 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always so welcoming, and the salon is consistently clean with such a great, positive vibe. You’re always offered tea, coffee, or a cold drink (with a biscuit too!), which is such a lovely touch.
My stylist Izzy is amazing—she always does a fantastic job. She’s polite, professional, and her customer service is second to none. Consultations with her are always easy and reassuring. She clearly explains what she’s going to do, listens to your ideas, and gives honest advice about what will and won’t work.
I always get so many compliments after having my hair done, which says it all! The salon has also recently had a revamp, and it looks absolutely stunning—bright, spacious, and modern.
This isn’t just a salon, it genuinely feels like a family when you walk in. I would 100% recommend Appearances to anyone—go and check it out!

Owner Response:

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for being a loyal client of Appearances for over four years! We are so happy to hear that you consistently have such positive experiences with us.

Izzy will be delighted to hear your kind words about her work. She takes great pride in her consultations and ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and happy with their hair. Your compliments about her professionalism and customer service mean a lot to us.

We're also glad you love the recent revamp of the salon. We aimed to create a bright, spacious, and modern space that enhances the overall experience for our clients.

Thank you for recommending us so highly. We look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent service and welcoming you back to our "family" at Appearances.

Appearances is the best salon I’ve ever visited. Exceptional service and attention to detail. I’ve been a loyal client for 9 years and never looked back.

Donna, Tony, and Sam and the entire team are skilled and experienced, always offering realistic advice and recommending the best approach to achieve what I want. Their customer service is also second to none.

The salon recently had a lovely refresh, but the quality of service remains consistently excellent. I highly recommend them — you won’t be disappointed. I also receive many compliments on my colour and cut.
