Google I had BIAB gel extension nails fitted on the Thursday, on Friday I lost a nail extension I
It was replaced and on Saturday I lost another, just before my holiday, these nails didn’t last 5 days. I was on holiday on a cruise walking around with one finger nail. I had to pay for them to be redone. What a waste of time and money. I did send a message via Facebook and no answer, I left a review on FRESHA but it disappeared and the service is shocking.

I really am so sorry that your nails didn’t last with us, I know before your holiday the team did you a few nail repairs but we know not every product suits everyone and would of offered a full refund or another treatment on the house to apologise of course.
Unfortunately our Facebook was hacked and we no longer have access to the one page so genuinely didn’t receive a message from you since the last contact for a nail repair.
Always the best way to contact us is through our watsapp messaging service which we try and be as responsive as possible.
Hope you had a lovely holiday and feel free to drop us a watsapp again to sort your reimbursement.

Google I couldn't recommend this place enough. Over the years I have been to different hair salons in Knowle and I finally feel as though I have found a hairdresser who listens and delivers exactly what I asked for. The staff are all very welcoming, attentive and professional. I feel they have created a relaxing 'spa-like' atmosphere and therefore it is always a pleasure to visit. Google Can’t recommend this hairdresser enough, had long unkept hair & decided to have it all cut off, the transformation was absolutely amazing & I feel so good. My family & work colleagues can’t believe the difference. Don’t miss this little gem of a salon hidden away in Knowle.
