Love every single one of my appointments. My go -to nail tech is Toni, but all staff are so nice & lovely! Nails are just perfect every single time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had gel nails with Amelia at the end of October and was charged £29. Had them done again 6 weeks later and was charged £49. Booked via text and no warning of price change given. Salon was full so I did not want to discuss at the time. They’ve lost my business.

Owner Response:

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for your feedback.
Your previous appointment was at a discounted rate due to Amelia being newly qualified as a junior, Amelia has now developed as a nail artist in her experience and abilities, therefore her prices have increased to our standard rates and as with all our manicures we include complimentary drinks, Russian manicure techniques as standard and the highest quality professional products creating nails that last.

We're sorry that you feel this is not acceptable and take on board your concerns.

I tried to reschedule my appointment, called the salon multiple times over multiple days, left voicemails, and was never answered. The appointment was therefore missed and I was charged full price (which is their policy), yet it’s marked as ‘completed’ on my account, and I heard nothing from them during the appointment asking where I was, nor have I since. I’ve emailed them, still nothing. Genuinely appalling customer service and professionalism
