Google Booked a pedicure and manicure quite a while ago for us to celebrate my friends birthday yesterday. Sadly the company cancelled one appointment offering no alternative service. As it was meant to be an experience for us all to enjoy together I had little option but to cancel the other appointments. Birthday girl very disappointed 😞
Owner Response:
Hi Jo. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the appointments were booked to celebrate your friend’s birthday together.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen staff sickness, we sometimes need to make last-minute changes to appointments, but we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused on this occasion.
Please feel free to contact our Customer Care team on [email protected], so we can look into this further and assist you directly.
