I went here to remove my biab please explain why they only filed it down and didn’t use acetone soak to get rid of the actual product.

I spoke to a nail specialist in another shop as I felt they didn’t do a good job and she was shocked at how they could even charge me!
Avoid this place.

Repeatedly told I wanted big flowers on my nails, the person did not listen, then requested some silver touch she refused, I had to argue to get the silver touch but that too she just drew the line horribly. I mentioned a lot of times that I do not like the little flowers she is making but she refused to change saying that it can’t be changed, but then when she was applying something else my flower designs were ruined, coz it wasn’t dry enough. That proved that she was lying that she couldn’t change the design, as the design didn’t dry yet.

She got rude and started to talk to her colleagues in another language and started showing my nails to them. Did not let my nails to dry properly because she had to leave . Now I don’t know how long will the nails last . Horrible experience.

VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
made a complain about my nails and the man very rude to me. it hasn't happened once or twice but whenever they do nails and you complain about something you don't like it becomes and issue and they have an attitude... don't patronize them

really bad i had to ask 4 times if he was gonna cut my cuticles and he didn’t and he was really aggressive and rude nails never turned out good left with polish on my palm
