I can't recommend Kuldip highly enough. She is the kind of specialist who genuinely cares about the person in front of her, not just the treatment.

I came in interested in a procedure that, as it turned out, wasn't right for my health conditions. Kuldip advised me against it — even though going ahead would have been beneficial for her. That level of honesty meant everything to me and stopped me from making the wrong choice for my body.

She is also remarkably knowledgeable beyond aesthetics — she has a background in medicine and nutrition and holds a course certification in it too. She shared so many insights during my visits that have genuinely changed how I eat and how I feel. I came for beauty treatments and left with a better relationship with my health.

She listens, she remembers, and she delivers exactly what you ask for. I love a natural result and she always gets the balance just right — never too much, always me.

And then there's Blue, the golden doodle, who is honestly the cherry on top. He makes every visit feel like a joy rather than an appointment.

I’ve been going to Kuldip for over 3 years now, and in all that time I’ve never once considered going anywhere else.

The level of care, professionalism, and knowledge she brings to every appointment is exceptional. She always takes the time to explain treatments clearly, and I leave feeling informed as well as looked after. There’s never any judgement — just a calm, welcoming environment where I feel completely at ease.

The whole salon team are friendly and attentive, and it’s the little personal touches that really stand out.

Honestly, I book my treatments for the entire year in advance because I don’t want to miss out on a slot — that says it all.

Kuldip’s attention to hygiene and best practices is also something I really value (and now find myself talking about with friends!). I’ve recommended her before, and the feedback I got back was exactly the same — she’s as good as I said, if not better.

Kuldip is amazing! Me and my mom go there for our facials and she’s the absolute best! Our skin feels so subtle and soft afterwards, and she creates such a calming and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I came across serenity. Meeting kuldip was like meeting an old friend, it honestly didn’t feel like we had just met for the first time. I shared my previous waxing experiences and what I was nervous about and she really listened and assured me. She talked me through the process, and why she was doing what she was doing. Throughout the entire process kuldip asked me how I was feeling and if i was okay. She did areas of my body that are generally quite painful with minimal discomfort, to the point I didn’t even realise she’d finished. She was so professional, and polite and it was like talking to a big sister. Kal on front desk was a gem and gave me some great cooking tips and people to follow, and let’s not forget the beautiful fluffy fur baby they have!! He was just so adorable! Can’t wait to visit again and see you all. I couldn’t recommend serenity enough, from customer service through to client delivery it’s all there.

Ive been coming here for almost 20 years that kul, kal and even blue are part of my family lol. Kul is amazing at everything thing she does with great attention to detail and information. Kal is alway lovely, smiling and talkative giving great advice at the front desk. Do book in for there services i promise you it will be worth it.

My first time at Senerity for my Waxing,I was looked after by Kuldip who is amazing,made me feel welcome,she was interested in my conversation and took time to get to know me.Very professional and passionate with her job.I tried different Waxing method that I have had before that Kuldip recommended.I wasn't disappointed she did amazing job the best Waxing I've had and the finish was incredible.The price was perfect,thanks again highly recommended il be back in 5 weeks time thanks again.Jason

I had a mini pedicure and gel nails for my sisters wedding. Kuldip immediately made me feel welcome and spent time going through different colours with me and advising on what suits my skin tone. She took a lot of time and care over my treatments and was friendly and warm. The salon manager was also welcoming and friendly and Blue the dog is 😍 It's so lovely to visit a family run salon in Birmingham.
