Been here multiple times now and they never fail. Beautiful nails. Lovely ladies. Even remembered our last visit and asked where our friend was who came last time !! I've had both gel and biab. My personal preference is biab but either service is great quality

I have been coming to this place shortly after it opened and it’s the best biab service i’ve had from any nail salon in Harborne. Biab The staff are friendly and welcoming and the pedicure service is also very good.

The most hostile experience i’ve ever had - went to just get gel removal and the lady kept telling me she couldn’t do the job if my hand wouldn’t relax. Aggressively started drilling the gel off and burnt my nail bed 3 times. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve been visiting D and L Nails with my daughters for around six months now, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The ladies are always lovely, friendly, and welcoming they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
We’re always really happy with our nails, and the attention to detail is amazing every time. The shop itself is beautiful, bright, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. ✨

I’ve been going here for about a year now and I have no negatives whatsoever. The shop is lovely, warm and clean with great toilet facilities and everyone is so nice and friendly. I’m always offered a hot drink and the staff actually remember stuff you’ve mentioned on previous visits (which I think is a beautiful touch of customer service) - they’re willing to try whatever design I walk in with and always execute it perfectly. The prices are reasonable and the products used are top quality (I’m talking I needed serious infilling but my nails were still perfect after weeks!) I recommend D&L to everybody! I wish them nothing but further success!

I called up this salon and tbh I couldn’t even understand what the hell the lady was saying! She was rude and pathetic when I was asking her questions about NAILS!!! After reading the reviews I wouldn’t give them a penny! And from looking at the pictures on their website ladies there a far better salons out there that k ow how to cut cuticles and make nails look lovely!!! I will not and will be letting all my friends who get their nails done to BOYCOTT this rediculous wannabe nail salon!!!

So rude & expensive, worst mani/pedi I have ever experienced. Raised her voice telling me to relax when I was in pain. Will not be returning!

After a dismissive response blaming me for your poor customer service I have tried to add a photo as evidence of the pain with visible cuts on my toes. I am requesting a refund as compensation for the pain I’m experiencing nearly 24hrs later
