Feel the salon has gone downhill recently. Could do with a really deep clean, difficult to get hold of to book appointments, have no voicemail and don’t always rely to Facebook message or emails. Had a course of laser treatment, one week the goggles were broken but still asked to use and sort of tape on, just not acceptable

Had a full body scrub here. I didn't think it was worth the money I paid for. Firstly the session was advertised as 1 hour and in theory the actual scrub only lasts around 35 mins. My therapist was professional and friendly. However I noticed the room was not cleaned prior to the session as there was dust and hair still on the floor. This made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. I also noticed one of the scrub they used was super drug own brand one . If I knew that scrub wa going to be used then I wouldn't have paid £50 to pay for a full body scrub

Had my first ever massage here after some scary information from my doctor and I’ve never felt more relieved. An amazing experience with Chelsie. I can’t remember the last time I could sit or stand without back pain, let alone with good posture. My back feels so good and every movement feels completely effortless unlike before. Absolutely recommend this for literally anyone.

Had a hot stone massage here, overall very poor experience. The room was small, and felt claustrophobic. The massage table is small, with my feet hanging over the bed!!
The lady who did the massage didn’t really massage. It was more superficial, touchy feely. There was no pressure applied during the massage, and overall no technique or skill.

The whole venue wasn’t well kept. The reception felt dirty, and upstairs also filthy.
Will be the first and last time! I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over!

I have come to Harborne Spa & Clinic quite a few times for an array of different treatments which included back massages & microdermabrasian facials/back peels. Kadesha is amazing at deep tissue massages, she knows how to get knots out and is always friendly when I come in. Furthermore Lydia has been doing my microderm facials recently and I can definitely say my skin has improved and I feel a lot more confident with out makeup. The facials are not rushed & Lydia takes her time whilst also giving great skin-care tips! I will definitely be back soon!😊
