Really lovely nails in decent time
The experience was very nice and affordable prices
Thank you darling ❤️
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service.
This was the best nail place I have been to in Wolverhampton!! It was very well organised and they accept both walk- ins and bookings.
I had extension biab for the first time and they were very patient and catered to all of my needs. The nail turned out great and they listened to anything I wanted doing differently and were also very helpful with suggesting possible looks!!
Fab customer service and nice environment. Thankyou!

Thank you darling 🥰
I recently visited T & H Nail Salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I came in to get my nails done and respectfully shared some feedback about a previous set I wasn’t satisfied with. Instead of being met with professionalism or even a willingness to listen, I felt dismissed and unwelcome.
It seemed like simply voicing my preferences or concerns led to poor treatment. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated — just expressing what I wanted done and what hadn’t worked for me in the past. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic courtesy, but I received cold stares, was ignored even after thanking the staff multiple times, and left feeling confused about what I had done wrong.
Constructive criticism should be welcomed, not punished. I believe every customer has the right to express themselves respectfully, especially when it comes to services they’re paying for. Sadly, this experience has made it clear that feedback is not valued here and I am very disappointed. 😞
Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience. Can I ask when did you come to our salon and who did your nails? May I get a photo of your nails please so I can make sure you had been to us and we will try to improve our services in the future. As we hadn’t remember to treat any customers like this recently . Thanks
