I love my nails. A great service with nice welcoming staff. The business has been open for over 20 years. I have only visited them twice recently. I'm very happy with the service, and I have had biab nails both times. Good competitive prices, and they have a loyalty card policy, where you can get discounts after a number of returned custom.

I paid £45 for chrome-tip BIAB nails, and unfortunately, they chipped the same evening after I left the salon. I reached out to the salon to explain the issue, but since I live and work full-time outside the area, returning within 4 days is not feasible.

Their only solution offered was a repair, which I feel is inadequate for a service that was not performed correctly in the first place. If the technician wasn't able to apply the chrome properly, it shouldn't have been offered as part of the service. I shouldn’t have to return for fixes, especially for something I paid a premium for.

Unfortunately, the salon has not provided a partial solution or any satisfactory resolution, so I will not be returning. I expect better quality and customer service for the price paid.

I came here for biab nails. They charged me for them, 2 days later 2 of my nails completely broke. I went back and asked them to reapply it and they added acrylic without me knowing.

Over the the next few weeks all of my nails completely broke.

When I went to a different salon to get the gel removed, they said it looked like illegal products had been used by how the 'biab gel' was coming off. One of my nails also went yellow as the tools hadn't been sanitised.

I would avoid.

Every single member of staff here are absolutely amazing. The care, time, effort and patience they have is by far the best I’ve ever experienced and I am so glad I went in on a whim one day! Completely amazing and these are my currently set for Taylor Swift. I must’ve been a pain but they accommodated and made sure I was happy I’m made up! 10000% recommend and really good pricing too! 🫶🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
