Scamming place. My mother in law had an appointment for a trim. She has 3B type hair shoulder length. She went into the salon prior to the appointment and asked for the price of the wet cut and was told £20. I also went into the store to ask on her behalf and asked for a quote for a wet cut on curly/coily hair and was quoted £25. Their website online only states a dry cut priced at £16.

She came in for her appointment, had a trim to her ears, with just water spritz from a bottle and was told “oh no this is a professional cut it’s going to be £55”…

Firstly, shouldn’t it be a professional cut ANYWAY since she’s going to a professional hairdresser. Secondly, £55 for tap water spritz and a trim, no wash, no deep condition, no style and lying about prices? Taking advantage of someone who clearly doesn’t speak good English and milking money.

Would not recommend.

EDIT: PLEASE NOTE THE OWNER REPLIED ATTEMPTING TO SAY IM NOT A CLIENT/REAL: the owner clearly did not read properly as I said my mother in law was the client not me :). Owner is super rude and I stand by my review. Furthermore, providing the website with prices supports my point about the pricing missing. Avoid this place.

MATTED EXTENSIONS AFTER 4 WEEKS!!
I have had hair extensions for a number of years now so I definitely know how to look after them properly, I did a lot of research due to me having FPB and chose Diane after a consultation she gave me the choice of hair extensions I chose the more expensive ones as I wanted long soft hair that would last, however after 4 weeks I struggle to even get the brush through my extensions and the amount that comes out on my brush is unbelievable, I contacted Diane she replied with a generic reply saying she was unavailable and would reply when she could I sent her a video of my hair that I paid £660 and could it be faulty hair she hasn’t replied or even looked at the message I feel completely ripped off and now have to buy new hair I would never go back or recommend to anyone

Diane is a lovely woman, really nice,professional, great customer service
She put hair extensions in my hair today she had to do a lot to do it, as she had to mix colours because my natural color is loads of different colours. It turned out wonderful a lot better than I thought it would as I have very thin hair and had hair problems previously where my hair was falling out, I had a lot of regrowth but she has done amazing job I would highly recommend her!

I had a really bad experience at a different salon. It was my first time trying something new and the lady just took advantage of that. But I came here and omg I love my hair the lady that owns the salon is unreal with what she can do with hair I'm so grateful that she put my hair right I have found my forever hairdresser. Thank you

Walked in made very welcome, hair was done straight away with a lovely friendly atmosphere. As for my hair brilliant cut and blow dry with wonderful layers, looked fabulous. Would certainly recommend anybody to this shop
