Google Attempted booking an appointment over a month in advance for my wedding. I messaged on WhatsApp and even went in in person to book this, but when I turned up on the day, they of course had no idea.
Didn’t have to wait thankfully but what I had shown pictures of weeks in advance, they didn’t even have. I opted for something else which was done really poorly.
Then when I asked for my pedicure it felt like I was pulling teeth, I repeatedly told them what I wanted, but repeatedly got the opposite. I have never had an issue getting powder overlay on my toes before, I have decent length nails which makes it an easy job to do (I’ve even done them on myself) so any nail tech should be able to perform this without gluing tips on. They were adamant it couldn’t be done, so I had to have tips on my big toes. I like a longer sharp square shape but all of the other toes are short and rounded. Ironically my tiny nail on pinky toe was the longest one they did and it didn’t even have a tip on it. Make it make sense!
I’ve got narrow and wonky nails, some shaped like thick boomerangs for my wedding both hands and feet, for a staggering £70. So upset.
