Google I’ve had my nails done three times and they are very rough. While my nails were being done, whenever I asked for a few adjustments, they got annoyed and made you feel like you were being told off. This is ridiculous and terrible!! On top of that, they never do a good job — I definitely do not recommend them.
Owner Response:
Hi lovely, I’m so sorry you had this experience — that’s definitely not how our clients should feel. I’m the new manager, and I’m working hard to improve both our service and the way we treat our customers. Thank you for your honest feedback, it really helps us do better. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and give you a much better experience 💛
