Booked an appointment on the day for builder gel removal and a tidy up. Waited 10 mins before sitting down and then was sat with my hands in a tiny bowl of acetone for 20 mins while they did other people.

As you can see from the photo, my cuticles have been totally ripped up and bleeding, I didn’t raise this with them because it had already taken about 45 mins and I wanted to get out of there.

I’ve been to many different nail salons around Newcastle but never been inspired to leave a review, but The Nails Place is *that* good.

I got builder gel infills with some nail art. They spent so long making sure the shape of my nails was absolutely perfect, which hasn’t always been my experience with other establishments.

Also, you know with builder gel you sometimes get that burning feeling when they cure it because they’ve put it on too thick or the lamp’s too hot? Didn’t have that at all.

The lady who did my nail art did such a good job and exactly what I wanted, probably better!

Staff were all lovely. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic! Today was my 3rd visit to The Nails Place. I’m absolutely obsessed with my design!

One nail tech prepped my nails brilliantly, then Joey did my design. It was a little more complex than what I’ve had previously, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Joey has such incredible control and my design came out perfectly. I can’t stop looking at them!

Friendly staff from when you enter the place all the way through to when you leave.

I’ll definitely be filling up my loyalty card here!

First time going to tnp! Staff were lovely! The lady who done my nails was very fast and efficient. Showed a photo of what I would like and she done amazing she got it spot on! I am completely obsessed with my nails! Would 100% recommend going here!

The most amazing experience! I've been twice now and loved both visits. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is a problem, both sets of nails have been perfect and everything I wished for. It always gives me a boost and already can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!! Thank you

I got a set of short acrylics with chrome french tips and a couple of bows on some and it came to £47 despite over the phone saying they were £35 but £32 online. Granted that was without a design however it was never mentioned that the chrome was extra which left me a little annoyed when I only found out as I was handed a card machine that they were closer to £50. Service was ok, took a while to get the bow right on a couple of fingers and seemed a bit unsure. Would go back again but only for plain nails.
