I have been here quite a few times now and it’s always such a treat. Now get a monthly hydrating facial and it’s amazing! So relaxed and my face is so smooth after ☺️ Also get my eyebrows threaded. Going to book a pedicure in soon. Always feel like you are really getting looked after the moment you arrive. Thankyou 🥰

I am so incredibly sorry to hear that you had this experience. As the owner, it is a priority that every client feels welcomed and cared for, and I sincerely apologize that we fell short of that.

Because I have been away from the salon due to health reasons, I had another staff member covering for me today. However, there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness, and it is not something we tolerate from any of our team members.
