I absolutely love visiting The Sanctuary Wellswood. I always have my luxury pedicures with Amy, and she is fantastic — her attention to detail is outstanding, and you truly feel looked after from start to finish. It’s such a relaxing, pampering experience every single time.

I also love getting my spray tans here for all my special occasions. The results are always flawless and natural, giving me that perfect confidence boost. Highly recommend! 🌟

I was shocked and disappointed. I expected a warm and friendly welcome but had the complete opposite. The receptionist appeared deflated. She asked me to sit down and then ignored me. I had to ask for a drink which she bizarrely placed on the side table meaning I had to stand up to get it despite her walking past me with it. She literally chose to put it out of my reach rather than hand it to me. The area beyond the seating area was disorganised and messy with shoes, jackets and lots of other random items all over the place. Not a good impression for customers who have to walk through it to use the facilities. I then had to endure what I would best describe as inappropriate comments a client was making to a member of staff. I then waited for what felt like ages having arrived early. When realising my treatment was running late I raised it with the receptionist who didn't say much and who did not apologise. The therapist Claire was absolutely amazing but the late start put me on edge because of my personal responsibilities. It started a staggering 15 minutes later than scheduled which caused me undue stress. Sorry but the whole experience was fraught with problems and was far from being the relaxing sanctuary I expected it to be. Its not for me. I won't be booking again.

I have been using this salon for around 7 years. A warm welcome , brilliant results for HD brows , spray tan and gel nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments.

Claire was so calming to talk to about the different massages. I went for aromatherapy with essential oils and it was just wonderful from the beginning to end. Claire made me feel comfortable by checking if the pressure was right and was very chilled and professional. I left feeling very relaxed and the shoulder ache I had for a few weeks gone.

I was gifted a voucher for this salon and although the hospitality was lovely when I got my nails done, unfortunately, my experience with booking wasn’t great. They didn’t have my appointment in the system, and it was only by chance that I called to come in earlier that they noticed and were able to fit me in—though they did apologise. Weeks later I called to book a second appointment, and the lady said she would call me back, but I never heard anything. I’ve since decided to go to another salon.
