Usually this is my go too nails place and has been for years, recently it has gone down hill massively the staff are rude and don’t pay attention to what there doing I left with extremely wonkey nails after asking the woman to fix it multiple times she just spoke over me and payed no attention. They lasted 3 days before lifting due to them being wonky

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The nails were unevenly shaped, bulky in some areas and thin in others, with messy application around the cuticles. The finish was also not smooth, and the product was still sticky when I left, which caused fluff and dirt to stick to them almost immediately.

I contacted the salon straight after with photos, but was told they “don’t do refunds” and was only offered a fix. I declined as I had lost confidence in the service and did not feel comfortable returning.

Overall, the quality of the work did not reflect the price paid, and the issue was not handled in a satisfactory way.

Additionally, the conversation during my appointment was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.

I would not return.

Absolutely terrible service. my niece went in for a nail design that they said they could do. halfway through he starts shouting and screaming at my niece saying he can’t do it and why would she pick this design and getting aggressive towards her . my niece then said don’t worry about it just do something that will be similar but easier then all the workers in there was screaming at her making her walk out bawling her eyes out while all the customers was there not doing anything with only the acrylic and no design on. Terrible service my niece is 16. Also has little kids running around 24/7 screaming and crying and going near chemicals.
