Visited here for the first time today, excellent service. I got a basic french tip and they’re beautiful and very well done. The service there is wonderful and the staff is very sweet. Definitely recommend! ☺️

I am shocked! I booked online for 1215hrs and was not seen until 1320hrs. Cash only - posters up everywhere telling you so! In the end, did not have time for a pedicure but builders gel manicure was one of the worst I have ever had. Awful atmosphere and terrible workmanship. Would not recommend.

I booked an appointment online at the same time as my mum, but ended up waiting an hour to be seen as when we entered there were 2 manicurists who were already serving someone. One seen the results were great & my nails looked brilliant even on holiday in and out of water.

I've been again since to have infills and did not have to wait as long but the results were not as good as the first time as the painted burgundy tips have not lasted as well and have chipped at the ends.

Other than this the salon is nice & the manicurists were friendly.

NOT friendly to Americans!!! I’ve been here 3-4 times in the last 6 months and I’ve had a number of problems each time I’ve been here. Today, I went in an hour before close, my nails were very grown out and I was missing a nail on my middle finger. There were many people ahead of me but there was also many people after me, and still ended up being seen last, right before closing. I asked for NEW acrylics, meaning I wanted the old ones removed and new ones put on. The man which was doing the girl next to me’s nails started laughing and said something in a different language. The man who did my nails straight up said “No, I’m doing a fill in. Next time I’ll take them off.” I felt very uncomfortable and upset but I figured, fine as long as I get the look that I want in the end, there’s no problem. What I wanted was very short almond shaped nails with French tips. Which was the same thing I came in with, just very grown out. In the middle of him drilling my nails he twisted my ring finger very hard causing me to audibly gasp in pain. He gave me a very insincere apology and continued to do my nails. I then asked if he could please make the nails shorter, and the man next to him laughed again and said something in a language I couldn’t understand again. And the one doing my nails said “only a little bit” he ends up taking 3 swipes over each nail with the nail file and moves on. I was so upset and fighting back tears in the middle of the salon. At that point I just wanted to get out of there but I let him finish and by the end of it all, one of my nails is crooked, the French tips are lopsided, the shape is more round rather than almond, they are so much longer than I wanted and my fingers hurt from how hard he was squeezing, pulling and twisting them. He then proceeded to use a dirty, cold and stained towel on my hands, doesn’t tell me to wash my hands and offers no cuticle oil. My hands are dirty and covered in acrylic. I paid £30 for the worst nail experience of my life. If you’re American please go somewhere else unless you want to be miss treated and disrespected.

I had my nails done today. I have only ever had them done once before (also in this store)
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely job you did on my nails, just like my other visit :) All the staff were all really lovely, despite the fact some rude customers came in.
