i got acrylic nails from here and safe to say i will never go back again. the lady who did my nails was so hostile and rude, she cut me multiple times and didn’t even apologise for it. as well as this she kept going outside and then blamed me for moving my hands which then made my nails go bad? i waited a total of 3 hours for my nails to be done yet i did my best to be understanding, despite this she constantly complained about the design, saying that it was difficult so then i offered to changed it to which then she got mad at me saying that i kept changing the design. i will never be going here again and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have always come to T nails over everywhere in Swansea because their nails always look amazing! They’re very talented nail techs and I’ve never left dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails. However, unfortunately the wait times and customer service completely outweighs their services.
The previous experience I sat in the shop for a total of 4 hours!! I understand there was a long wait time however it should not have taken a further 2 hours for a new set of acrylics. They often start your nails and jump to another client while you’re sat there waiting and this often happens a few times while you’re sat in the chair.
Why seat 5 people if there are only 3 nail techs?
You often have to repeat what you’ve come in for as different people do your nails and it is frustrating when you’ve already been sat in the chair for an hour. I often have to leave a whole day to get my nails done because I don’t know how long I will be sat in the shop.
I have even tried to book in advance and had no reply. I know when people book they often have to wait past the booking slot time anyway.

Today I went in to fix one nail and I waited for a total of an hour to get seated when they suggested the wait time was 40min which is understandable as they were busy but it took another half an hour to fix one nail which was also finished incorrectly! They were jumping between myself and others to finish everyone’s nails. I was told after sitting for a while that my nail was finished when it infact was not but I couldn’t afford to wait another 30mins for 2 stars on my nail to match my other hand as I had other commitments in my day. so I paid and left unsatisfied today.

I will not be revisiting as I have given the benefit of the doubt repeatedly that they’re hard workers and are very busy but I can’t justify using my whole day off to get my nails done. I suggest if you want to treat yourself and get your nails done but still want to enjoy the rest of your day, not to visit T nails.
