I’ve gone to Lotus/Nails&Lashes for the last four months and I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Maya’s very meticulous with the BIAB application and her nail art is amazing. Ellie is also super lovely and cares so much about her customers. I usually get stressed out about getting my nails done because of my essential tremor but they are so understanding and put me at ease.

Awful! Been here twice (gave benefit of the doubt) and the nails chip almost instantly!! I’ve been to many other nail salons and have not had this problem. So disappointed for the price I’m paying.

1st time I’ve tried this salon, A little disappointed with my nails today; I realise they can’t always get the exact look you want , but it looks like I did them myself not at a salon - 1 and 1/2 hours and £40 lighter. Won’t hurry to go back, I’m so pleased I said I didn’t want them cut or they’d be even shorter.

Had an appointment booked, included a picture in my reservation. A young guy was clueless when I came in, they don't even look at the bookings so you don't have to bother. Desing was pretty simple, he however didn't use the colour I asked for, only a generic pink acrylic pigment, didn't apply polish at all. The cat eye was done uneven and wonky on my nails, he was rushing. The worst was the shape, I have asked repeatedly for a soft oval and left with sharp almond, different on each nail. I tried asking him politely throughout him working to correct certain things and he just got progressively more annoyed, and kept going. The nails are now pointing upwards as he filed them incorrectly on the sides, basically making them into a triangles stuck to my fingers. Additionally it was visible how displeased he was when I kept asking to correct things as we went along. He was rushing the entire time and didn't take proper responsibility foe his work. I understand that they have a lot of clients and the turnover is massive, but I'm paying for an agreed service after all, and expect just basic decency when fullfiling it.

I’ve been going to Lotus Nails in Swansea every few weeks for a while now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is always amazing and my nails always turn out perfect. Everyone there is so friendly. Such a lovely relaxing atmosphere, great attention to detail, and consistently beautiful nails. I also get my brows threaded here ! Highly recommend! 💅✨
