there is a poster on the window that says appointments available but when i went in to book an appointment they said walk ins only. first time going there not very welcoming.

While we understand that our transition from an appointment-based system to a walk-in-only service might not suit everyone's preference, we don't believe a policy change warrants such a low rating—especially since you haven't experienced our actual services.
Even as a walk-in salon, our team remains fully committed to providing top-tier service and a warm, friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. We take a lot of pride in our work, and it’s disheartening to see our reputation impacted when we haven't even had the chance to welcome you in yet.
We think for 1 star review like this is really unfair for us and could damage our reputation while you not even having service at our salon .

Terrible waiting times, I know I did not book, but took off old polish, then left me, knowing i could not leave, to repeat to new Customers coming in, two hours later decided to come back to me. On a good note, nails look good

We would like to clarify our process to help you understand how we work. As a walk-in only salon, wait times can occasionally vary. To make the process more efficient, we often have our nail assistants handle the prep work and polish removal first. Once that is complete, customers wait briefly for a senior nail technician to finish the set. This method is intended to speed up the service so you don't have to wait for a single technician to finish their previous client from start to finish.
Regarding the wait time, we have checked our records and noted that the total time was not 2 hours. However, we truly understand that when you are tight on time, any waiting period can feel much longer.
We value your time, so if you are ever on a tight schedule, please let us know as soon as you arrive. We will do our best to give you a more accurate timeframe.

Have been visiting LV nails for several months now and truly can’t fault them. Every set has been beautifully designed, and they always last for weeks. As well as this, all staff are lovely and I always look forward to my next appointment!

i always show them a picture of what i'd like and its always a carbon copy of the inspo or it turns out even better :)

the attention to detail is amazing here, they always ask questions and tailor anything to your preference, they stay on for a good 4 weeks too!

highly recommend trying here!
