I’ve been coming here for past 3 years and after the management has changed recently , the place has gone DOWN. This is the second time I have come for a pedicure and they can’t do the design properly- Such a waste of money. From now on will be going elsewhere.

Felt very rushed over an hour Wait after being promised a fifteen minute, nail lengths very uneven not the worst not very noticeable, but can french tips all different sizes. Not very happy with the work, but some of the designs are good. Personally, do want to get them redund somewhere else.
But can't because of money.

I visited this salon for the first time this week and what a lovely team! The staff were friendly, professional and I felt the salon was fresh. My daughter had mentioned to me that Bagshot Nails was a game changer for her. I can definitely agree.

The quality of the nail work was really good, although at moments I felt slightly rushed. I was asked if I had biab before because the light can make nails feel hot. I have had biab before but I haven’t had this much discomfort and burning, one of my nails felt sore from a burn for a day or two.
During my visit, I noticed that other customers — who appeared to be white — were offered refreshments, while I was not. Given that I had booked multiple services, which appeared to be more than the customers present had booked, I felt I should have received the same consideration. I believe every customer deserves equal treatment, and small gestures of courtesy can make a big difference in creating a welcoming environment for all.

Today, I went into bagshot nails to get a full set of acrylics , the service was incredible, they are all so kind and i was sat immediately and started on.
The lady that did my nails i didn’t catch the name of but she was wearing a black apron and glasses.
She did a fantastic job i love them and i will definitely request her again and come back very soon. i 100000% recommend this shop never had a bad experience. thankyou very much 🥰
