Went at the weekend as wanted to try somewhere new I would not recommend at all staff grumpy I ask for something and they get annoyed I wanted more the one nail with nail art on and didnt have what I truly wanted I ask to have my natural nails painted so acrylic removed "oh well it's easier to do infill so we will do that" then the lady couldn't even do the cats eyes my friend had hers done at the same time and was dont 15min before me and she had more art and bits done and not even 2days and already have a chip in one of the nails £40 wasted i feel

Awful - No customer service at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Obviously only cash for them no to declare anything to HMCR.

First time going to this nail salon and was pleasantly surprised. Warm welcome, friendly staff and a lovely pedicure.

Not massively impressed with final shape to be honest. Wasn’t asked what shape or length I wanted, charged £35 for an infill, cuticles weren’t properly done so some of my nails just look a bit janky 😩

Excellent place and the work is wonderful. The chairs give a good massage and the whole place is very relaxing. My skin now feels good on the feet and hands. Staff are very helpful and professional the prices are good. I would go there again many times. It's 5 stars all the the way!

Used to be very good, staff have changed terrible nails, just rushing to finish,
No customer service skills
No cash so they save money on taxes, how is this even allowed in 2025 in camberley ????

I am disappointed with my experience at this salon. The work was not done according to my wishes, and the final result did not match my expectations. It's unfortunate because I came in with trust. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a service that truly adapts to the client’s needs.

I have been going to this story for years and they always do such a good job. Other places I have tried usually cut my finger and rush the job however this is the only nail bar I have gone to that take their time and understand what you ask for.
