Completely appalling service. I used to go there when I was living in the area and decided to revisit. Not only did they injure my little toe during the pedicure, but instead of trimming the cuticle/hair properly, they actually cut the skin next to my nail. As if that wasn’t bad enough, one week later two of my nails fell off because the plastic nail sizes they used were incorrect, and they also didn’t apply enough glue as they were out of it. The service was completely unacceptable, and despite injuring me, they didn’t even offer a discount for the pedicure. Don’t waste your money people.

I usually am happy with my gel nails however I book my appointment with Kelly only as she does a great job. I decided to remove my biab nails and a new older lady did my nails. She used an electric file at least 3 times to remove the biab nails. She didnt follow the normal process of dipping the nails in acetone, instead just shaped it and left the remaining biab. Which as you can see from the pictures started to peel away in a week. I knew the biab was not fully removed as my nails felt heavier. I had to spend £20 on another nail salon to remove the remaining biab so in total £40 spent. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back to this salon as this is something so silly and all nail technicians are fully aware how nails are to be removed especially that I have manicure on my natural nails. So the aggressive use of the nail filer damaged my nail bed. All the best to Kelly and Kam, thank you so much for the positive experience that I have had in the past. The last picture is the day I actually saw my natural nails after proper removal of biab from another nail salon.

Since my first review, I have been to Lotus Nails for pedicures, infills and occasional waxing. Each time I visit, I get excellent service and will never go anywhere else. I was one of their first customers when they opened the salon and the service they provide is first class and the staff are friendly and efficient Thank you Lin and Cam!

The lady that did my nails was very kind but unfortunately, I really did not like the quality of my nails and it was not worth £40. I had to correct her several times and my cuticles started bleeding several times. I think the service is okay but would be better to brush up on training.

Best nail salon and the best ladies ever. I dont even wear gloves when cleaning my house or washing the dishes(which i should ☺️) but even then, my gel last well into 3 weeks. No peeling off. I love that they take good care and time to lay and prepare your nails foundation properly before applying gel. That’s how great the salon is. I live far away on opposite side of London, but happy go to these ladies. They are very friendly, kind and always so sweet.

After many years of coming here I was extremely pleased with the service now after two visits it is a complete no no for me wait time with appointment was over 1 hour and it two 2 hours to do shellac she didn’t have to remove anything and today it was oh darling it’s 5-10 mins waited an hour to redo shellac which were badly done not evenly shaped thick application on every other nail. Will not be going back
