Autumn - you’re a good hair stylist but you are excellent when it comes to taking care of your customer. You put me to ease with what my requirements were and what would look good on me. Discussed and advised accordingly. This is what a customer is looking for. I would be visiting again and would be asking for you to be my hair stylist again! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Had a lovely appointment with Autumn who was great. She is very friendly, skilled and great at adapting the hairstyle to the type of hair. It was nice seeing the techniques she was using, some I haven't seen before at all.
Really happy with my haircut :)

As always extremely happy with my hair cut yesterday thankyou Autumn. I'm very quiet and don't do chit chat but I don't feel awkward. Sorry if I make you feel awkward but the fact I've been back over and over means I'm comfortable which isn't easy with me. Thankyou again. X

First time visiting the salon. Autumn was brilliant at making my 7 year old daughter comfortable. She has a slight fear of having her hair touched and so going to the hairdressers causes her some anxiety. Autumn was great and explaining everything and encouraging our daughter to let her know if she had any worries.
The result was a stress free visit and a really lovely hair cut!
We'll be back!
