When we did her nails, she was happy and left, but now she does a one star review complaining. We do everyone’s pedicures nails the same and everyone likes it and normally we do it for them to be happy. Why does she give a one star review about the nails?

Google They always have a bad attitude and are so rude, it’s a known thing in this area and people avoid this shop for that exact reason. I mean why open a shop if your customer service is going to be so terrible?

This customer is very difficult and once I did a perfectly good coat, they kept on complaining, and once I asked if they were happy, they said yes and paid for it, but then went home and did this review so customers like this are not welcome in our shop anymore

Google This is the worse I have ever had my nails!! & I paid £30 for this. You can clearly see it’s not flat or straight and the nails are not even the same length! Im literally so angry I should never of paid. My first time here & I will NEVER go back here again! omg.

She had already uneven nails when she came in, so we asked whether to cut her nails, since it was extremely long. However, she refused to cut her nails. Also, we told the price to her as she had an infills (£25) and two nail repairs (£5). She was happy with the price. When we did her nails, she never commented on the length or straightness of the nails. She paid without comment and left. Now, she is saying about how damaged it was in the review when she never stated them to me.

Google Lady is sooo RUDE!!!
I come here often as it’s convenient and close to me but nearly every time I leave dissatisfied, I feel as if I can’t even tell her what I want to be fixed as she’s so rude and makes me uncomfortable.
Will not return, take your money elsewhere :)

Google Great professional Salon and Service. The person that put a terrible review wasn't telling the truth. Most likely looking 4 discount. Disgraceful for liaring. The Salon doesn't need customers that lie. Good riddance to nasty people.

Google AVOID!!! Lady is so rude with absolutely no customer service skills. She has overcharged me several times, she changes the price depending on what the person looks like they can afford. I called her out on it and she started screaming at me then speaking in a different language loudly. They should be ashamed of themselves as business owners overcharging and bickering over £10, its the principle of things and I will never go back again.
