I came in with my daughter over the weekend (we book in) , I was disappointed with the service and how long it took overall 2 hours ,there forgot about us and taking in walking we had 3 people doing our nail and told my daughter to come back in 30 mins to finish, my daughter nail weren't even finish. Not even polish, only acrylic powder on. Normally it takes 40 mins to do , but we didn't have time to wait anymore and still had to pay the full price !!!!

I went here after being recommended but I won’t go back. I had long nails and asked for them to be cut along tops and have biab added
The man cut them so short ! A week later and two have already chipped and broken
It was busy but I felt it was very rushed
I don’t often go to these places as they are all quite harsh treatments
But sorry to say this place was a big disappointment

AVOID at all costs

I’ve been coming to this nail shop since it first opened, and when it started, the customer service and quality of the nails were genuinely amazing. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has completely changed my opinion.

I had a 5:30pm appointment on a Friday,knowing the shop closes at 7pm yet I wasn’t even started until 6pm From the beginning, the technician was rude and impatient, criticising my choice for not wanting acrylic and rushing through the entire service.

When I was deciding on the nail length, he became visibly irritated. Every time I asked for something to be adjusted, he would say things in his own language to his colleagues. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment, especially when you can clearly tell you’re being spoken about while sitting right there.

The service felt rushed, careless, and dismissive. I actually left the shop feeling so unhappy with my nails — they were extremely sharp and scratchy — that I had to walk back in and ask them to be buffed and filed properly. Even then, it was obvious the staff were complaining and talking amongst themselves about me, which made the situation even worse.

Customer service has seriously gone downhill, and the attitude shown was unacceptable. After being a loyal customer since day one, this experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.
**Avoid this place at all costs.**

Telling customers to sit down but then left waiting. The man cut my finger whilst filing my nails and then applied vicks vapour balm to the cut as it was bleeding! Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely awful experience. The nail technician was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude the entire time, refusing everything I asked for and I came to relax but just left furious. Not worth my time at all.

On top of that, another staff member was arguing with my mum, and the staff were openly talking about me in their own language, which is incredibly disrespectful. The customer service and overall environment were toxic and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not coming back.

I do not recommend this salon. I messaged them beforehand saying that I have gel nail extensions and that I want to have the same service done again. I was given an appointment for 4:00 PM. After arriving at the salon, it turned out that despite having a specific appointment time, I had to wait in a queue. After 40 minutes of waiting, one of the staff members finally asked what service I wanted. I said gel extensions, but then I was informed that the salon does not offer extensions and works only on natural nails. So why didn’t the person I spoke to earlier mention this?

It also makes no sense to schedule clients for a specific time if you still have to wait over 40 minutes, especially when there were two other people ahead of me in the queue. Looking at the photos of nails done by the salon, they also don’t look like work done only on natural nails.

I do not recommend it — it was just a waste of time.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had I normally hate getting my feet done but this was the first place I actually enjoyed it the staff are lovely and did so well with my acrylic toenails would 100% recommend and I will be coming back!

Had very bad experience after making appoint over the phone had to wait for 1hr. Staff i felt was rude. When I asked one of the staff member how much do you'll charge for mens pedicure she said £20. I was charged £25 over the counter. Very bad customer service would not recommend anyone.

This was my first time trying Doris, and I have to say they gave me the best set of nails I’ve had in a long time. The shape and pattern were absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend them and will be going back!
