Google I was very disappointed referred to by an agent and when I arrived for patch test was advised the medication I am on following breast cancer wasn’t covered under their insurance - think this should have been a question by the agent who rang me / furthermore the owner of the salon said she would call agent to request refund of the £30 I paid to secure patch test and would call to update me but no call - if you click on a link for Elite Laser and Beauty and you’re telephoned by an agent to book an appointment and asked for a deposit beware as think I’ve been taken for a ride

She’s absolutely immaculate in her work; professional, precise, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly understands my skin and always takes the time to check in and make sure I’m comfortable and happy with the results.
Beyond her skill, Chernice is just such a kind and genuine person. Every appointment feels easy and relaxed because she creates such a positive atmosphere. She’s hands down the best in the salon, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my laser needs.
