Google Destiny has been friendly and professional both times I've visited - for leg waxing and a pedicure, neither of which I'd had before. She was kind and put me at ease. The atmosphere is cheerful and non-judgmental as it's a family business and you can tell that they have regulars who drop buy time after time. I would visit again and recommend. It's nice that it's slightly away from the bustle of the high street but close enough to pop to a cafe afterwards!

Google Wasted £205 booking in what i thought would be an amazing experience for my birthday and now i have nothing and am waiting 6 days for a refund because i booked on Treatwell and then they called my number hours later telling me there canceling it and i have to pay again at the salon (even though it literally takes you there from their website) I appreciate everything they do looks of a lovely quality. i think it’s just upsetting they're booking issues have caused me to not even have the funds to pay as it won’t refund intime, i don’t get paid till next month and the money was a gift from my family because they knew how much i wanted the treatments and have been looking at this salon for a long time wanting to go

To clarify, your booking was made via Treatwell and when we became aware of the issue we contacted you as quickly as possible to explain the situation and ensure a refund was processed. Refunds through Treatwell are handled on their side and are typically returned within their stated time frame, usually the next day from our experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must have felt and we would have been more than happy to rearrange your appointment or help find a solution so you could enjoy your treatment with us. Google Amazing experience, very well organised.
Had my appointment at 10:30 which Started promptly. Very nice vibes, clean, calm. Was offered coffee then had my gel manicure and spa pedicure with gel on toes with Charlene which was Fantastic then had my lashes done with Donna and they were both Superb! Highly recommended. Thank you team xx
