I went in for a simple acrylic nail removal and was quoted £10 by one of the staff. However, the experience was absolutely terrible. I’ve had acrylic removals many times before, but never like this. My fingers were left in cold acetone for over 15 minutes, then much longer—more than an hour in total—while she used a combination of a manual buffer, an electric tool, and repeated dips back in acetone. I could tell she was struggling and didn’t seem confident. As a result, she cut the sides of my fingers, damaged my natural nails and overall did a very poor job. To make matters worse, at the end, she charged me £20, claiming the price was higher for acrylics, despite the original quote. My nails were left damaged, with lumps of residue, and even bleeding cuts on the sides. I had to go straight to another salon to fix them. I would never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

10/10 experience and nails. I’ve been to a few nail places in redhill and lifeline is my fave so now it’s my regular. Ling always does a fantastic job with acrylic nails, spends a lot of care and attention on them rather than rushing the process, and the end result is always amazing. All the staff are really friendly also, including the owner (rabia) who offered me complimentary coffee whilst I was getting my nails done. I usually pop round to see if they have any spaces rather than booking as it fits in better with my schedule, but the staff here always try their hardest to fit me in which I really appreciate. The venue is nice and relaxing, all the staff that work here are friendly and try their best, and the end result of my nails is always superb. Thank you :)

Wouldn’t recommend this company for nails, I had my nails done back in December by Rabia the quality of nails was awful. I wanted acrylics but Rabia recommended biab, the biab wasn’t level, the white tip wasn’t straight, she filed my nails so hard they was sore and to make it was the nails only lasted a week. After the nails fell off the condition of my real nails was so bad they wasn’t growing out correctly, the slightest bit of length would snap off. I’ve not been able to get my nails done again as they needed to get their strength back, it’s only now that we’re in April that I think they’re strong enough to get done again. Also the back room where they do the spa pedicure is very dusty and doesn’t look like it’s gets cleaned often.

I have used this salon for last couple of years and the service is outstanding. The salon is located in the prime location in belfry shopping centre. All the staff has lots of knowledge about all advanced treatment

disgusting eyelash service painful not careful! They did my eyelashes in 10 minutes which were considered a full set but had nothing to do with a full set! It cost me £70 the worst money I've ever spent! I went to someone else to have them removed the glue was everywhere! and they were very difficult to remove!
