I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality is always amazing, which is why I keep going back. The staff are really friendly and welcoming every time.

Appointments are fairly easy to get, especially if you keep an eye on their Instagram for cancellations.

Highly recommend!

The best nail salon around — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been coming every 3 weeks for years, and the team feel like my friends I can’t wait to see. They’re always so understanding, helpful, and do an amazing job every single time. My nails have never chipped, and the quality is always perfect. I even relax so much during pedicures that I sometimes fall asleep — they’ll turn the massage chair back on and gently wake me at the end 🤣.
Thank you all for being so wonderful 💗

Uncomfortable service continuously from here. The two males are lovely but the other ladies are extremely obnoxious and make you feel unwelcome for no reason. Prices are also higher than others in the area so all in all I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Top Nails in Reigate (next to Morrisons) is a great alternative and much friendlier service!

Amazing service. Friendly and kind nail technicians. Fast but great eye for detail, always checking for improvements you may want.

If I can possibly give 0 star, I would…

I recently visited The Nail Company in Reigate and I had a terrible experience with them.
Not only was the staff incredibly rude, but I was told not to come back and to get out of the shop.
This behaviour was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect.
Just to let them know I won’t be returning back to them and would not recommend it to others based on my experience.
You have just lost your customer, if you want to advert outside your shop only for certain people, please do that.
NOT RECOMMENDED! PLEASE DON’T GO!!

No customer service, absolutely rude staff. They hang up the phone on you when you call to inform them that you can’t make it to an appointment. Later when I went in the next day I very politely mentioned this situation, the guy is not apologetic at all in fact tells me you shouldn’t have booked it and why you explaining all this I am not apologising to you and laughs it off. NO RESPECT for Clients DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The Nail Company always deliver such beautiful nails and speaking to Kelly is a form of therapy! I always leave laughing and in great spirits with superb looking nails. Clean and hygienic environment, huge range of colours and an enjoyable sound track playing. Everything I've ever wanted has been executed wonderfully - designs, colours, shapes, art work. Oh and - buddy is just the icing on the cake. Thank you ♡♡♡

Such a friendly and helpful team. Wonderful pedicure with an inbuilt massager in the chair. Totally pampered and feet looked 100% better!
