Horrible place, so unhygienic and rude
Went for an infill, the guy drilled my nails so much that they were really hurting, he got very angry at me shouting at me to relax my hand. He cut me multiple times, the nails were so thick they looked silly, i politely asked him to thin them down and he lashed out at me, screaming in my face and telling me im the worst customer ever, calling me names ect! I asked to just put a top coat on so i could go, he said he would finish them for free. He was being very rough, then cut me again so bad it was dripping blood. He finished my nails, i asked how much he tried to charge me £55 for an infill and after all that! I said no way, ended up paying £25 then left. He then tried to charge my friend £55 for an infill then ‘corrected’ himself to £35. Disgusting place and people, also the same in A&R in smallfield, they are brothers and i have had horrible experiences at both.

absolutely disgusting place!
was coming here for months then the nails started to get really bad last few sets chipping and breaking so started going other places. My mum went today to use part of her £70 voucher and then when going to pay she handed her christmas covered gift card over was told she couldn't they are only valid 6 months which isn't stated at all over the voucher ( i have the same one i've posted it attached ) but it was a christmas one and we're in march so even by what he said ira still valid. My mum then said they've lost a customer and handed over £30 cash the guy in the shop then grabbed my mum by the arm! Absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs.

I recently had my nails done at this salon. I was wary to try a new place, but it was convenient at the time. I also thought, if I was pleased, I would visit again in the future.
The place said they only take cash, but I guess that's relatively normal.
During my appointment, I mentioned that the colour looked weak in places, but the nail technician just continued to finish off without thickening the colour. He then proceeded to file my nails down so much that they hurt (and did all afternoon following my appointment, then have since been tender).
I would accept this for a free trainee set of nails (which I have actually been offered, but decided to get my nails done sooner), but not for a £35 treatment.
