Google After going to many sub standard nail salons, I’ve finally found one I can not only stick with but recommend too. The service is quick but thorough and whatever style I ask for they always find a way of doing such. You walk in and they know you by name. A lovely friendly team where I’ll be going for years to come.

Google I went to get my nails done after booking in for 1pm. Unfortunately I had to leave at 1:15pm as they were running behind and I had other appointments that day but frankly I am glad I did. There was a client who was complaining about a wonky nail and the technician was huffing and puffing about fixing it. Another lady was having difficulties with her technician over the design. All in all just not a great atmosphere.

We’re honestly quite surprised by this review, as it doesn’t reflect what actually happened.
You had a 1pm booking and chose to leave after 15 minutes without receiving any service. While we always aim to run on time, short delays can occasionally happen in a busy salon environment — something most clients understand and are happy to wait for, especially when quality is a priority.
It’s also important to clarify that you did not have any treatment with us, so comments regarding our service, technicians, or atmosphere are not based on your own experience.
Regarding your observations: we take pride in maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. When a client needs a repair or adjustment, we always assist professionally and often do so free of charge — this is part of our commitment to customer care, not a negative situation.
We fully respect your decision to leave, but we do feel it’s unfair to leave a 2-star review based on assumptions rather than actual service.
If you’d like to experience what we truly offer, you’re very welcome to return and judge us based on real service.

Google I love coming here as the nail artists always do such a good job, especially Ruby. Felix is also very good and the nail art is always impressive. The staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. I will never go to another nail salon!!
