Google I had such high hopes but I ended up disappointed 😞 I had shellac done on both hands and feet. Feet are still great but within 2 days the shellac on my hands have chipped away. I called them and they offered to fit me in to repair and didnt charge me which was lovely. Unfortunately it all chipped again that evening when I got home which was the day before my honeymoon so I wasnt able to do anything about it. Both times, my nails were filed after the shellac was applied which ive always thought breaks the top coat layer(im not an expert) I must say that the customer service is great and everyone is so nice but its a shame about the quality of the service.
Owner Response:
We are truly sorry for the unfortunate incidents that have occurred to you. We are working hard to do better every day and to limit similar incidents from occurring in the future.
