The lady in the pharmacy had on her 'Team Nice' jumper. Darling, you deserve that jumper a million times over. Your customer (yes, me) was an idiot and you sorted out what could have been a serious problem for me. I think you were called Elaine (that might not be true, have I mentioned I'm an idiot?), and also your lovely pharmacist whose name I couldn't catch, she deserves a massive shout out.

Superdrug managers, these people deserve snogs and a pay rise.

The staff stopped my daughter from buying nail glue because she couldn't prove she was 16. I understand the rules bit, but I said I was her mum, but that meant nothing, we even look like each other but due to proxy laws they wouldn't let me add it to my shopping either!! My daughter was in tears with frustration so I then circled round to buy it myself and got stopped by another member of staff saying I couldn't purchase it due to proxy laws!! I'm an adult capable of my own decisions and was refused the sale, so I chucked it back on a random shelf and crossed the road to Boots, where I bought it without being questioned once! And yes, I bought it for my daughter because she's studying a NAIL course in college!!

Great customer service from Tiana. She could see I was struggling and she came to my rescue! She helped me find my foundation shade. All round a great shopping trip!

Went into the shop today I ask where the covid test are they told me they are at the pharmacy. And then I ask where the face musk are and they did not come and help me they just told me where they where. I asked again but they said the something but did not help find them for me.

Customer service is poor here
