Such a lovely experience. Staff are wonderful, offered refreshments. Shop is spotlessly clean. The 1st salon I've been to that actually takes their time and puts all efforts into the finished product. My new place to go. Thank you 😊

I came in with a clear design reference and specific requests, but the result was completely different from what I asked for. The design I wanted wasn’t followed at all, and when I politely asked to have the letter ‘E’ added to one nail as I’d planned, I was told no because it would be “too much going on” which was really frustrating.

The quality of the work is not good at all. The acrylic is so thin you can clearly see my natural nail bed underneath, and all my nails are different lengths and shapes — they look uneven and unfinished. I’m really unhappy with how they turned out, especially as I was so excited to get them done. I expected much better quality and attention to detail, but sadly this was a waste of money and time.

I rated Kay’s Nail Bar 2 stars as I was very disappointed with my “Pamper Pedicure”. I was charged an extra £10 to remove my existing gel, which was not stated anywhere on the website. I wouldn’t have minded as much if I had been pre warned! This made the total £65, which was absolutely not worth it. There was no massage at the end, the foot mask was only applied to the front of my feet, and a top coat wasn’t applied to all toes so one is now left matte. The technician didn’t speak to me during the treatment, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. The salon was also cold. I won’t be returning, didn’t leave feeling valued at all.
