Please avoid using this salon. Today my daughter used this business & provided a photo of what she would like ( the first photo). The second photo is what she got! They have left glue all around the nails. The tips are all different sizes. And she has been left in some discomfort. I will be asking for a refund.

Came on a Monday morning and no customers yet. Staff was playing cards with money and one girl turned around saying which number chair to sit. After finishing that card round she finally came over to do my nails. When looking towards the card game I received a dirty look and move their back to me so I couldn't see the card table. They always speak their native language, so not knowing what they are saying. Feels uncomfortable. After the treatment the amount was higher and asked if the price had gone up. Again a dirty look and no answer. I only give 2 stars because the nails were done well otherwise I would given 1 star.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year and they have provided a wonderful service. My mum started going there first and then recommended it to me. I would highly recommend booking an appointment in advance so you don’t have to wait but you can definitely get a walk in appointment. The ladies are very friendly and will fit you in where they can. Recently I went to salon with very short nails as I had unfortunately bitten them and I received an amazing manicure, my nails look amazing and I was blown away. You won’t regret going to this nail salon, the best in Stafford!
