I got my eyelashes done at Lucky Star and I couldn’t be happier! The lash artist was so gentle and really took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. My lashes look full, soft, and super natural—exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is clean, cozy, and has such a relaxing vibe. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I’m disappointed with Pushpa (owners) response I received. My concerns were not addressed properly, and the explanation provided seemed unclear. I have supporting documentation from my solicitor regarding the issue, but I won’t be sharing these publicly. I also have concerns about the accuracy of the before-and-after photos provided.

I had a disappointing experience with my lip filler treatment here. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere after qualifying, but I would strongly recommend choosing a reputable, medically trained professional with extensive experience in fillers.

Unfortunately, my lips ended up uneven, and when I raised my concerns, I was told it was due to not following aftercare — even though I did follow the instructions carefully. I also developed small lumps under my lip, which another experienced practitioner later confirmed were due to uneven injection placement.
The treatment setup didn’t feel very professional — I was seated in a general salon chair instead of a treatment couch, and there wasn’t a clear consultation process before the numbing cream was applied. I even had to request a consent form, which seemed unprepared and incomplete.

After the treatment, no immediate aftercare advice was provided; I had to follow up via WhatsApp over the next few days to get guidance. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but I would have preferred more accountability and better communication.
The only service I’ve found consistent here is threading, which she does well. However, for more advanced aesthetic procedures like fillers, I’d suggest going to someone with strong medical and anatomical training.

As of November 2025, I’m still in contact with her insurance provider regarding this issue
Pictures don't do much justice but now you can see top lip one side higher than the other and now have to overline. My therapist who I will be going to for lipblush has also noticed without me telling her anything.

AVOID!! I went to get my eyebrows done here but have been left burnt and the shop are not taking any responsibility. The first lady that started my eyebrows within second had hurt me and another lady took over. My eye was burning after the treatment then I woke up the next day with a sore swollen scabby eyebrow.

Edit in response to the comment from the shop: Yes you responded the first time and have ignored my messages since, I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for nearly 10 years and have never experienced this. My eyebrow is still scabbed and I had them done on Saturday, the first women did not know what she was doing. She has butchered my eyebrow and it now may scar! I hope people think twice before getting any treatment here.
