The salon was dirty, messy and they didn’t accept cashless payment which made it difficult. I asked for a manicure with gel polish and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Cuticles were barely touched and the skill level of the tech was not there. Would not recommend. Too many options to not have your place look better.

Been going to Elegant Nails every 3 weeks since December 2025. Staff are lovely, prices are reasonable and I'm always really happy with the results. Highly recommend.

My favourite nail shop! Been coming now for 22 years on and off as I’ve moved in and out of Stafford. They will do any design you can imagine. My nails last easy 4 weeks with no chipping. Highly recommend 👌🏼

The best place to get your nails done! I needed my nails fixing yesterday after they were botched elsewhere. Tran went above and beyond to remove and properly do my nails and make sure I was out in time to travel home for another appointment. Really appreciate it! And absolutely love my nails - thank you again❤️

The woman filed my skin off and got the spinny thing all on my skin and expectd me to soak them in acetone with no skin My nails were good except for 3 of them she did one coffin and I wanted square and the other 2 were dipping and I told them about it and they took them off and didn’t even take them off properly

I just want to say if you’re in Stafford THIS is the place to go. They actually care about the health and growth of the nails. They’ve attempted to correct a fungus I caught from another nail bar and redid EVERYTHING started from scratch places treatment on. This is definitely my new spot. Grateful , and happy. 5 Stars not even enough to rate the team. The ENTIRE team
