If you've had the pleasure of meeting Donna, you'll know her knowledge and expertise shines. She really does know her stuff. Ended my appointment with hair i absolutely love. (Grey blending) Not only does she make your hair look amazing but really cares about the health of your hair too. I couldn't recommend this salon enough. If like me you've had some bad experiences and want someone you can trust this is the place.

My 16-year-old daughter recently visited this salon for a hair consultation and patch test. She showed the stylist a clear picture of the look she was going for, which would normally require foils or highlights. However, she was told that all she needed was toner and a trim. Trusting the stylist's advice, she went ahead — only to be charged £88 for a treatment that left her hair looking exactly the same as before.

As a teenager using her birthday money, this was incredibly disappointing and disheartening for her. When I called to express concern, the staff seemed dismissive and offered no real resolution except to say she could come back for foils — but would have to pay again. At no point was there any acknowledgment that the original advice or service might have been inappropriate for what she wanted.

It feels like she was taken advantage of, especially as a young client who didn’t feel comfortable challenging the outcome. She left upset and won’t be returning — and neither will we. Very poor customer care and disappointing experience overall.

Had a wonderful few hours today at HD hair. Tea was plentiful and the girls are all so lovely , however my spa treatment was truly amazing, I felt myself just slip away into a deep state of relaxation. My hair colour and cut is fabulous as always. Thank you so much girls for a wonderful few hours.
