Google Booked for both pedicure and manicure, but not happy. Won’t be going back, very expensive, £35 just for a manicure , nothing special, she wouldn’t do pedicure as she said I had a problem with my one toe nail, very disappointed as I’m going on holiday in two days and unable to get them done anywhere else now!!! A but over the top, shop so freezing cold also…

I apologise I was unable to continue with the treatment on your toes but as a qualified pedicurist, I had your best interests in place. I understand it’s disappointing as you’re going on holiday, but the health of my clients nails is the most important thing. I would rather be honest and give you the best advice possible for your nails than just take your money and perform a treatment when I think there’s a problem that could possibly be made worse.
After looking at your toe nails I advised you to go and seek advice from a professional chiropodist due to the condition of your toe nails. To which you agreed.
This protects you, my clients and myself.
I can give you call if you would like to discuss this further as you were happy when you left the salon yesterday. So not too sure what happened in between. Let me know when it is convenient for me to call.
