I booked an appointment with this hair dressers to get my hair highlighted. I was booked in for 10:45. I wasn’t seen until 11:20 and I was there until 4pm. You don’t usually expect to be in the hairdressers for a full day. They left my foils in way to the long. To the stage the bleach was starting to drip on my neck. They over booked on a Saturday. Girls waiting with foils and with dye for hours. My final hair was good but it shouldn’t take a full day of my day off to have my hair done. No apology or anything. I won’t be coming back I like my Saturdays to not be spent all day in the hair dressers. I just hope the length of time my hair was in foils it hasn’t created too much damage.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews however I’m so so annoyed. I have attempted to use this salon 4 times over the past 12 months for several different things however when Iv arrived either staff weren’t there, iv been cancelled or they have had issues with there booking system they obviously don’t have set up properly. The girls Iv spoken to have been lovely however this is no good if I can’t get the services I book in for. I have an event tomorrow and needed my nails done to get there and be told my nails were booked in with a lash tech. Very disappointed and I won’t bother again!

Luciana , one of the beauticians upstairs, is amazing. Such a lovely, caring person. I can highly recommend her. She does botox, fillers, facials, microblading etc.

Amazing,,,,,,visited Hayley for the first time last week, she was really friendly and welcoming and chatted to her like I'd known her for years, ive been having my nails done at mediocre places for the past 15yrs and never do them how I want , never blown away with how they look and no attention to detail is given and there on their mobile phone constantly and it feels rushed, dont paint them properly etc etc etc however Hayley is the best lady that has ever done my nails, she explained everything, she was gentle and didn't burn my nails with the file, she took her time, she did cuticle work and even a lovely scrub and hand massage at the end and the paint application was immense, from start to finish was really lovely, I am just sorry I didn't find her sooner xx ❤️👌🥰

Had an awful experience at this salon. Had a 1hr 30 minute appointment booked for t section foils, toner and blowdry, I ended up being there for 4 hours. No one greeted me when I walked in. Sat in the waiting area for an hour before the stylist finally called me over, joked that there had been a mix up, she took another client before me who got there later than me. No apology at all. Will never be going there again.
