My daughter and I get our nails done every month and it's become a great bonding experience for us. The people there are lovely and thanks to being able to book in advance, we never have to wait. They do walk ins too but either way you're always accommodated and leave with fantastic looking nails :)))

Honestly the couple who run this shop are the sweetest people I know. They always greet me and are great at responding to questions through their Facebook; even letting me know if they have openings on a day I've booked to come in.
I always love my nails at the end and go their every month for my infillsm would highly recommend.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. When I walked in, instead of a normal greeting, the woman looked at me and said, “What? What do you want?” — in a very rude and dismissive tone. I was honestly shocked.

There was no friendliness, no professionalism — just attitude from the start. I went there expecting a relaxing experience, but I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.

I don’t think it’s too much to expect basic courtesy, especially in a customer service setting. I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness or respect.

Had my nails done last Saturday for the first time here. Very friendly and welcoming, lovely atmosphere, lovely chat and nice and relaxed. Really happy with my visit here
Good prices and quality beautiful nails, I’ll definitely be going here from now on

Went to princess today as my normal tech is on holiday, came out quite disappointed nails look lovely however application is horrible the acrylic has flooded my cuticle and was all over my fingers I also noticed the woman went from doing a pedicure to my nails and didn’t wash her hands I just felt it was a little unhygienic and unprofessional I also found when filling my nails to shape they repeatedly jabbed my nail into my finger with a sanding block which caused some discomfort later in the day. None of the workers had much to say to anyone in the salon other then eachother which made the whole process quite awkward especially when trying to decide on colours. Overall I feel the team lacked skills and care for the job and i wouldn’t recommend the salon when there are much better ones in the area

Very expensive for what you get, £65 for nails just to be painted & pedicure.
Literally you get your nails done & that's it, no hand soak, or care.
Pedicure has a back massager chair, but if you have a bad back not great as it hurts, you can ask for this to be turned off.
Didnt get the hard stuff off right at the end of the heal the bit everyone see's, only did the bottom, so not impressed at all.
No drinks offered, you will get a skeleton service here.

Really are very good. I never knew they were there but went in on a whim. Pleased that I did, as they exceeded expectation. The chap was super attentive and took his time to do exactly what I'd asked for. Was nice to know costings upfront as so many times I've had nails done elsewhere and been somewhat shocked when they look at nails and decide the price on the spot. I am pleased and will go back. Thanks for fitting me in : - )
