I had quick dip nails with the younger apprentice. I have used the owner before and was really happy which is why I came back. I did select "any technician" but wasn't informed that the girl was still at college which I feel you should be. She was really sweet and one day I'm sure will meet the standard of the owner but I just wasn't happy, it wasn't exactly perfect when I left the salon but felt awful. The more the days went on I saw the flaws, the nail paint came away from the quick dip french tip almost immediately, the shape was different on each nail and some were more wonky. They looked nice without paying attention to it. I just wish I had been told as it was a very special occasion and probably would have opted out of this appointment due to the level of experience. I also should have had money off for my treatment being cancelled previously and when I mentioned this she just said " I dont know" so I just left it.

First time off coming here, wanted to resolve weak thumb nails which keep splitting. I booked appointment online for extensions & dip colour, paid at time of booking, all super easy with a fairly quick availability. I am pleased with the results of the nails. Photos below. Professional experience. Felt in safe hands.

I really wanted to like this place and hoped to become a regular, but unfortunately my experience was not the best. I had an eyebrow wax that ended up taking my skin off. It took weeks to heal, which was painful and upsetting. Sadly, I won’t be returning. The atmosphere in the salon was great so gutted about my experience.

I hadn’t intended to leave a review, but following my first visit I was forced to contact a doctor.

Firstly, an 18-year-old was left to run the salon on her own. And secondly, my nail was filed through to the flesh, with my cuticle also being cut.

I ended up leaving without getting the gel manicure I initially went in for and I will not be returning.

The worst Hollywood wax ever. It’s been more than 24 hours and my skin is still burning, red, inflamed. Never had this kind of reaction to a Hollywood before, it hurts so bad, can’t even sit properly. Spent the whole night crying. Hoping it’s not permanent damage to the skin ☹️ DO NOT recommend. Would insert the aggressively red picture of my labia, but don’t think it’s a good idea!!

I absolutely love having my nails and eye brows done, it was a one off appointment but I have been coming back every 3 weeks for the last year. The staff are great especially jaz. Totally recommend to family and friends. (Using husband google account).

I went in to get a wax and Jaz was absolutely lovely. So very welcoming and kept me at ease from my wax. Such a lovely little salon and only a minute walk from me.

My first visit to this salon. Beautiful salon and really friendly. Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, really pleased with them. Care and attention taken, would definitely recommend and will visit again.
