Racha did my mani-pedi and I’m so happy with the results. She was really thorough, listened carefully to what I wanted, and created such a calm, relaxing space throughout the appointment. Everyone at the salon was lovely and so helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments!

Recently got my eyebrows done along with face, full arms, and half legs waxing, and I am really happy with the service. The ambience was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Racha for recommending eyebrow tinting, I am absolutely loving the results!

I don’t know the name of the lady who did my waxing, but she did an amazing job as well. Really appreciate both of you for such a wonderful experience.

I had the most incredible experience at Lux Laser & Beauty Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and care that you just don’t find everywhere. I visited to use the sunbed, and I can confidently say that everything was perfect a true 10 out of 10. The equipment was top notch, fully functional, and really gave me exactly what I needed. After my session, I felt so revitalized and ready to take on the day.

But beyond the fantastic facilities, what truly made this visit special was the staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Osman. He was an absolute 10 out of 10 so kind, welcoming, and truly humble. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, answered all my questions with a smile, and just exuded warmth. I wish him nothing but the best because he absolutely deserves it. I will definitely be coming back, and I can highly recommend Lux Laser & Beauty Clinic !

Bought on groupon. The luxury facial was a quick scrub and a mask for 20 mins. Could have done that at home. Very disappointing, maybe its the groupon visitors.

Had the Japanese head spa for two and it was not relaxing at all. Left with painful scalp and shoulders. The lady was lovely however she didn’t seem very qualified in massage. Both me and my sister have left very unrelaxed which is very disappointing. The pressure was intense in the massage and was quite painful to the point I thought I may have to get up and stop it. I was also handed the hair dryer to finish drying my own hair. I wouldn’t recommend this particular treatment. Very sad as I was looking so forward to this.
